Please read these Terms carefully before downloading or using Tether ("the App").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Tether, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Important Health & Medical Disclaimer

Non-Medical Disclaimer:

Tether is a digital productivity, focus, and time-management tool intended solely for personal organization and wellbeing. Tether does NOT provide medical, clinical, psychological, or psychiatric advice or diagnosis. The App is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional healthcare, diagnosis, or clinical treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Always consult a licensed physician or mental health professional for medical concerns.

3. Description of Service

Tether provides visual time-blocking, task organization, focus timers with soundscapes, and energy tracking tools to help you manage your day. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features to maintain app quality and security.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

  • Certain advanced features (such as voice capture, unlimited task breakdown, and advanced energy insights) may require a paid subscription or lifetime purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed and managed securely through your Apple ID / App Store account.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • Deleting the app does NOT automatically cancel your active App Store subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All software code, visual designs, logos, artwork (including Tiko), audio recordings, and text contained in Tether are the exclusive property of Sanket Ray / Tether and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tether and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, missed schedules, or loss of device data. You use the service at your sole discretion and risk.
